My primary passion and focus are serving colleges and universities and their leadership teams. My desire is to see people and institutions thrive. I have been privileged to work with a variety of public and private institutions in my tenure in higher education throughout my nearly 40 years of service in the sector.

I have held a variety of leadership positions—including VP for Strategy and Planning with a nationally-recognized higher education market research, planning and communications firm, Vice President for Professional Development & Research for a national faith-based higher education association,  Vice President for Academic Affairs of a selective private liberal arts college, department chair and faculty member (political science) at two colleges, and an advancement officer at a private college. 

During this professional journey, I have been privileged to work with great leaders and organizations from over 100 institutions.  Each one has a compelling case to be made, lives to impact, and a greater world to help change through clear and consistent mission and vision.
